My guess is that maybe the dealers didnt know what they were selling – as cliffy said – your not gonna want to kill of your profits / buyers / get yourself a bad name and risk any future profits as it just doesnt make sense
And unfortunatley stuff like this happens from time to time – recently it was heroin that was too pure and lots of people were dying as accidentially OD-ing as they used the same quantity as usual, and there was that ‘infected‘ H from I think afghanistan a while back and peole were ending up in A&E poorly
And the poor people who died might not necessarily be ‘addicts’,
just regular peeps who used what they thought was coke and if opiate niaeve they would OD very easily.
