Thats a bad memory which you wouldnt want for your own kids {I dont want it for mine either} and it hurt you when it happened which is understandable.

If this is very important issue to you then you need to explain it to your Gf and see what her view on the subject is. Just because her drug of choice is illegal doesnt necessarily mean that she would want kids to experience that any more than you do. 😉 Its something you need to resolve before a long term commitment can be safely made anyway.

I disagree that life cannot be enhanced by partaking in [legal or illegal] drugs but at the same time the users need to be grown up and not use the drugs as a means of abdicating personal responsibility [regardless of the drug in use].
