Hmmm… possibly… but addiction means different things to different people and end of the day its all about your mindset going into it and the access and availability of it – I get addicted to things I enjoy very easily, and my access and availability were very high while the cost was very low so was always gonna be a dangerous path to go down.

Tbh prob wouldn’t class it as full blown addiction as there was no physical side to the habit/addiction…. but still say that at its height my problem with mad was not that different to the one I had on coke – a lot of the thought processes and feelings I had about and for the two drugs were pretty much identical.

i suppose wen u put it like that. i just always think i could neva, i mean things i like i tend to go ott on, but then somethin sorts my head out an i’m ok. (mite be my boyfriend, tellin me off, in a “i think it would be better” kinda way if u get me. haha bless him.

Got a pic if i havent mensioned this already, he luks like a skinny avid merion. honestly! so if u want me at a party luk 4 him hahah

Addiction is difficult to define and even the medical professionals dont’ agree on some aspects of it

But with any substance you always have to be careful of problematic drug use..

TBH as long as the comedowns aren’t affecting your physical health/work/education (if you are calling a sickie every monday then it may be a problem) or your relationships with your partner or family – then drug use is not normally a problem

I do love having a bit of mandy every now and then. Pills are disscusting, they are my very last resort. I haven’t done a pill for more than 6 months but mandy and Barely, if someone offers it me and I know where it came from (and I haven’ got work the next day), I find hard to say no to.

As I have said before I don’t kane drugs I use them where I feel nessessary or appropriate.

stick to uppers and you will never be a downer. Moderation and variation is the key.

Yeah def agree with the sentinment pills are a last resort – had that attitude to them ever since coming into contact with the mud for the first time

I reckon there is gonna be lots more piperazine based pills now containing BZP, TFMPP and the nastier MCPP (probably a mixture of these) as a result of the legal highs being made illegal – its a no-brainer for a dealer interested only in profit rather than quality and this will be the case until or unless BZP is classified

the substances are medicines act restricted, less than class C – get caught on that and its a slap on the wrist

getting caught with real MDMA in “dealers” quantities – class A – minimum 5 year stretch, maximum is actually life for dealing (although usually 10-15 years for major syndicates)

pills are too cheap sometimes to resist! Although i’m a fairly regular consumer of the little bastards as long i no what they are in advance i dont rely have a problem with them, in fact they’re great fun. however they are blatently a last resort to Mdma! never really get come downs off mud no matter how much i take (give or take a few occassions!) howvever i no it’s fairly guranteed i’m gonna comedown a treat off pills if i’m ingesting a fat old fistful! mdma definately all the way!:wink:

me ad my m8s gt hold of some double cherries all from the same batch i double dropped then when i started to feel it wear off double dropped again in actul fact i never came to my peak i was hangin all night and on a bad trip sketching out hard on the followin day i did some speed and was still hamging never came up it is monday and i am still hanging the pills did not look gd does anyone have any ideas to either bring me up so i cab cum down or a plan so i can jus cum down i hate hangin am trippin hard :hopeless:

Its possible the pills may have had BZP in them [the mashed head feeling] or a similar chemical.

Hey Guys.

I have glaucoma in my left eye and would take ecstasy maybe once or twice a month.

I was told by someone online that this could effect the glaucoma and make it much much worse. I have eye drops that I take every day to help with the glaucoma.

Does anyone know if this is dangerous?

on other sites it says

Overall the literature suggests that people should not take MDMA if they suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, epilepsy or are in poor physical or mental condition

Although it doesn’t mention exactly why Glaucoma sufferers should be careful.

I’ll take it up with the Doc. I havent noticed any change in my sight or anything so as far as I’m aware no harm has been done.

No worries.. it’s always worth being honest with doctors over these things..

I’ve had to be recently as well and they’re actually usually ok with it.. the fact that you have the sense to say to them about it is usually a sign to them that you’re not a junkie freak
