the law has a lot to do with it (especially in your country!) – some of the substitutes such as BZP wouldn’t come under the Dangerous Drugs Act so maybe its gonna be no worse penalty than a shop selling medicines without prescription, rather than getting rotan or even hanged!

Whats the scene like in Malaysia these days? My extended family live out there!

I always thought that the harsh laws put people off, but I understand that if you get busted now its only compulsory rehab rather than death (otherwise MY would have no young people left alive) but even so compared to England I’d feel very paraoid about raving in Malaysia..

I’ve found the last year to be the worst in 16 years of popping and dabbing/bombing. A year ago there was a lot of pure looking crystal MDMA about – now just lumps of speedy looking stuff that were pretty hallucinogenic (lots of colour enhancement) that simply kept me awake. I’ve heard rumours of China being the source of the precursors as well and that the Olympics/earthquake had something to do with the shortage.
Had great white triangles at Christmas (logo free) that at £2 quid a shot were as good as the crystals. SInce then, down in Cardiff at any rate, there’s been nothing but shit.

Only having just tried mepthedrone I would say it has similar effects to to the early pills.

Yes I remember doves. I remember when you could pick and choose what stength of pill to take :love: happy days

There is where I feel old , LOL I took my first pill in 89 a M25 cost me £25 and all I did was hung and tell all my football thug mate I loved them, LOL they thought I was mad!!! Walking about with a jaw like Jimmy Hill , LOL… The best pill’s I had where

1. China Whites 1990
2. M25 1989
3. Dove 1990 not pigeons the bird look like it was flying
4. Disco biscuits brow in colour and big , LOL very nice

Pills now are crap they are so full of shit! Like Lt Luna take mepthedrone it’s not a strong as old school pills but give you the happy day’s effect just like them and don’t load your body so much. I.E less come down in fact to date I’ve not had on just hangovers from drinking on it to much, LOL

I remember all them pills and they were good but I am both blessed and cursed with a good memory despite 18+ years of partying and can remember both the good and bad aspects of the 1990s.

TBH if I was given a choice to return back to those times I’d turn it down and soldier on in the 21st century, that said I’ve had my fun in my “youth” and still not done too badly in other respects (got a good job, a house of my own and people still think I’m about 23-25 years old when they see me) so I seem to have got another go at my youth but with the maturity of today…

mephedrone is IMO better than MDMA (especially if you’ve got a normal life to lead midweek) – not as strong but as muos says not as harsh on the comedown….

“bad aspects of the 1990s” = SMACK!!!! killed 8 of my m8’s…. but like you General I’ve a good job.. my own house. I run 2 to 3 times a week and box… life is good 🙂 and I still taking upper lovely!

a load of mine didn’t die but ended up either in HMP or mental home or just self-destructing – a few years ago I read the crime news from my old manor (Reading / Thames Valley) and they had this thing called Operation Falcon where they busted all the medium/high level smack dealers and some of them were classmates at high school :hopeless:

one good thing about this site (and probably the only reason cops don’t have it shut down or give me and the rest of the mods personal grief at street level) is the vast proportion of the younger folks on here are much more clued up and sensible about their drug use and clearly don’t want to make the same mistakes many of our generation did..
