from wat iv read there has bin lots of good points made hear but evryone has there own ways of delling with adictions and have thing that work for them and things that dont and we must respect uthers point of veiw

hijacked thread we have here, to the starter of this thread i would like to hear what progress you have made in getting your loved one to seek help.

Motamba your preaching and pushing this amazing drug but i see no evidence what so ever, if anything you have made me less inclined to even contemplate using this substance if i ever needed to sort out a serious addiction. provide us with some even remotely factual evidence that all your claiming is true and i would maybe consider listening to what you have to say, until your ready to do so stop spamming and hijacking threads.

Hi I have just been reading your ordeal know how you feel. to cut a long story short i used to live in the UK but now live in Israel started with the pills and the Charlie parties great but then 7 years ago a mate of mine gave me the brown stuff to try. At first i did not like it but then i got this nice buzz from it but as you know that does not last long. a year ago i went to Romania to work an get clean me and my wife went through…

Hell i thought i was never going to sleep again it was hell but we stuck it out. I had no choice could not find any gear there and six months past at last…

The life was back just pins an needles pain in the fingers. Started going out again life was back to normal some times felt a bit down but when i looked at all the cash i had i felt great. Anyway i was on my way to work one day and this gypse beggar asked me for some change i went to give him an then i noticed his arms had track marks. That was it, my bad luck he spoke
English he took me to some place an that was it. Before this I had never injected but he done it for me. After six months clean back on it and then my wife too. You know what its like i thought just one last time…

Anyway been back in Israel over a year an back on the gear 2 days ago. I tried Subutex again but it did not work. i will tell you what happend. I took my last line of gear at about 10.30 in the morning went out all day, got back to the house about 8 at night sniffed a few Clonex to make sure I slept till the next day but woke up 3.30 in mornig so I sniffed one more Clonex just to put me back to sleep. I woke up 11.30 felt ok, 24 hours had past, time for the subutex. Took 6mg felt ok just cold no energy so i took the rest of the subutex. 1 hour went past and then bang leg pains full with drawls. i was in a bad way so i sent the wife to see the man got a few bags
and some heads to sort me out. I don’t understand Subutex it is suppose to be the magic pill so what am I doing wrong I have been reading a lot about it and it all says no with drawl symptoms and full of energy.

The doctors here are no good. 2 years ago I went to a Methadone clinic. We waited one year for them to see us then they told us it’s not for you, first you have to fail at rehab, then we will speak. There is no way am going to any rehab it scares me after what I went through in Romania. I just want my life back with Methadone or Subutex but its so hard to get Methadone here also because I have a wife I got told they very rarely give it to couples.

So far we have been lucky to always have the cash to be gear. But I know the day is not
far away when the cash is not there. That’s what scares me. Waking up everyday and thinking where to get cash from. I have had it with this shit! Any advice you can give me will be good…

PS: For the seven years I have been using I have been sniffing it apart from 6 months injecting in romainia.

bummmp i don’t really no much about opiates but theres several other threads people have posted while trying to get off the brown maybe see if theres any help in them…

I’ve never had an opiate addiction either, so I even can’t imagine what you’re going through. You did so well in Romania by getting off the stuff, so maybe a solution for you is to change your location?

This sounds harsh –

If it makes you feel any better I had the same problems the 3rd time I went back to Subutex – (of course you wont feel better knowing that). You had opiates still in your body and unfortuneately went into a full blown cluck. 2 or 3 days of this would have been enough for you to be on your merry way to being sobre. Unfortuneately as heroin addicts, we worry about being ill and when your ill you gotta use, and nothing stands in the way of that…nothing.

I wish that they would prescribe you |Methadone but instead if you want to give up you do need to go through the pain barrier of the first few days. I would sugguest that the next time you try subutex make sure you are propper drug sick and I mean clucking hard. The longer you leave it from having your last line to taking the tablet (for the purpose of starting Subutex treatment) the better (in my opinion).

(Opinion based on personal experience)
