so would you suggest not mentioning about taking heroin in the past to my GP? and just explain the pain am in is getting worse and to ask for a referrel to the pain clinic?

Get a referral to a pain clinic – sounds like you have explored everything else. Good luck – Constant pain is exhausting :group_hug

PS has your doctor offered you anti-depressants as they may have a positive effect on your pain [they do on mine – the difference between wanting to get up and do things on a couple of pain tablets a day as opposed to chewing them all day and still hurting badly.] [Mine is a back and shoulder injury so its possibly similar]

df118 is a better option (dihydrocodine) its a morphine salt whereas heroin is diamorphine and much more adictive than dihydrocodine. heroin is a right cunt to control, you should be able to get df118 off your doctor with abit of blagging.

Nah its not really…I know loads of people who take it everyday and when we didn’t have any in the shop for two weeks they were hardly climbing the walls.

ive just been doin some research on kratom and so far ive liked what ive read, i would be really interested in knowing what other people who have taken kratom experienced? also does kratom do long term damage? has anyone had a similar problem like mine and benifited from kratom?

i been doin smack on n off for over 15 years and can honestly say that df118 is your best option thats dihydrocodine. its availible from doctor n on the black market. dont go lookin for weird n wonderfull drugs that no one knows to much about stick to whats availible and tryed n tested.

is dihydrocodine also called dyrocodone (vicodin)? i did forget to mention ive took co-codamol for a long time its 8mg codiene and 500mg paracetomol, but ive grown a real tolerance to it and basically it dont do nothing at all for me now however it did used to do wonders for me, i was wondering wud dyrocodone benefit me more?
is it less harmful than co-codamol?

its usualy 20mg codine hydrocloride without the paracitamol. theres a way of extracting the codine out of co-codamol its on a drugs website somewhere. paracitamol is harmful to your liver so stay away from it.

thanks for that reply,i have been reading up on extracting the codeine, its called “cold water extraction” but what really confuses me is 30/500 co-codamol would give a reasonable euphoria but on some of the how to’s online it explains crush upto 10tabs which equals 300mg of codeine once extracted from the paracetamol, now if i a30mg in co codamol gives a gud sensation for numbing pain etc would 300mg give a high soo bad it would cause damage? sorry if this is a silly question just never ever heard of this procedure til now.

you got to remember morphine and its derivitaves arent going to realy harm you unless injected so you’ll probbly just be floored or very monged out by a huge dose of codine.

but the dose which im gonna attempt is 48mg(6 co-codamol) tablets
would that ammount be ok? or should i start with a even lower dose?
