Sorry i can’t help more – but as TG also said, maybe your script is a tad low for where you are at present? Have a word with the doctor, and don’t beat yaself up – the fact that you have used shows that you aren’t quite ready for the lower level of meth anyway in my mind, so go talk to them about it and ask for their advice/help. No-one gets condemned for asking for help, but they might be harsher on someone trying to deceive them? (looking at it from their side).

methadone is an opiate, class A – only prescribed – so you either know what your talking about or have got it on the ‘black market’ and IMO its not something to go messing around with

used here to ‘stabilise’ opiare users,
there is a high risk of overdose if you do not have a tolerance, I’d advise you to steer clear – addictive physically and psychologically

xanax – we dont get this brand in the uk, but its a benzo and in small doses can make you feel good,
aslo can be physically and psychologically addictive if taken over a long period of time

hello, not got any experince personally about heroin or anything, but if you need someone to talk to im gonna be on the net for the next couple of hours… :group_hug:

maybe take one of the 5ml vallies if your working yourself up into a state, hopefully should calm you down a bit, have you got anyone that you can talk to? bottling things up is never good, i know from personal experience its hard to open up to people, but once you do it is such a weight off your shoulders. just that someone else knows what you are going through helps a lot.
