I had pizza last night … cheese and cream cheese sandwitch with cress is today’s lunch 😀

Mc D’s isn’t real food tho …. I goto burgerkjing and get a XL double bacon cheese burger with large ships and i think i’m full but then 10 minits later I’m either sick or really hungry lol. It’s all cabohydrates, greece and preservatives I think… so it doesn’t actualy fill you up. Same as alot of the fast food places.

not enough complex carbohydrates and far too much sugar and fat as you say. Still, it is rather good, I get the same burger king its the only one I have eyes for. But always feel sick afterwards, it must be about 2000 cals.
fucks sake every time people talk about stuff like this I get the worst cravings for it! 🙁

Chiabata bread, carpaccio(raw beef meat soacked in a sauce), parmesan and olive oil
i’m gonna walk to subway in a minute.. even though i feel like im dying 🙁 but i think a subway is the only thing that will make it better.

fresh air and movement works, the only way the body can get rid of all the waste after fun weekend is by circulation…remember to take a good amount of water with you. 🙂
i got a ploughmans to make, for a change i’ve remembered to let some bread go stale and i’ve got alot of blue cheese…..cooked shit loads of bacon last night, about 4 packets, so i can have a ploughman with bacon bits………the epicness of my cooking steez knows no bars lol
