if u feel a bit numb on your face around your noze, your coke is cut with maybe a bit or a lot of lidocaine, procain (aka novocaine) or benzocaine. which is really shit coke even cutting down a pure coke from 90% to 80% is the most stupid thing to do (i prefer a half gram of pure coke than a gram cut with 10% of these syntetics alkaloids.)
The most terrible for freebase smoker is that it isn’t nlid/proca. or benzoca., cuz the melting point is nearly the same. these cutting staff is widely used for sniffer customer cuz they mostly even don’t remarked it.
But if u base this, its nearly impossible to separate it
