Unfortunately LSD is currently a class A (hard drug) everywhere in the world. Although there are lots of virtual coin dealers in the UK they have all recently agreed to register with the government regulators; as have paypal and Western Union which is why they can’t be used for illegal transactions.
The Internet route from the UK to Mongolia (and similarly from NL) is shorter than that between many European countries but can be very easily monitored by feds here (GCHQ in UK and MIVD in NL for instance) and if it uses a satellite the Chinese can intercept the data as well.
It is unclear how strict drugs laws are in MN (seems that they are relatively lenient by Asian standards) but I got the impression that MN is very concerned about its reputation online and your ISP is also funded by a big American company and works closely with military, cops etc. So it is dangerous to do anything illegal online. You do however appear to have relatively unprotected borders with CN and RU; surely plenty of stuff gets through that way?
