yeah i thought as much … imagin the tumoil it would cause if you could legaly spoil your balot paper and the amout of people who would vote no confidence … there would be more people voting that than anything as some one allways has a grumble about what ever party is in power no matter who they are (unless the are die hard suporters) … but i guess they make it illigal cos they know this will happen and it’s TOO democratic to have that much say in a vote:you_crazy
