I want to know who the many users of Party Vibe choose as their favourite deity.
Choose one or a pantheon from both fictional and non-fictional, oh, and dont go around trolling by saying your favourite fictional god is the chrsitian god or anything like that. As funny as it is, it’s still trolling. Just to clarify, by fictional I mean religions from books, movies and games and such, and non-fiction is ones present in the real world, even the “dead” ones such as Norse, Ancient Greek, and Ancient Roman mythology.
Personally, my favourites are Hel, the half living half dead (literally the right half of her is a corpse and the other half a beautifull woman) from Norse mythology. Mistress of Hel, the great hall where those who were not warriors go when they die, and daughter of Loki the god, and a Frost Giant. her brothers are Fenris the great wolf, and Jormangr the giant Sea Serpent.
My favourite Fictional one is Papa Nurgle, the loving god of decay, death and disease. He bistows all manner of plagues upon his followers, but also grants them immunity from their more deadly effects, and unrivalled toughness and immunity to pain. He loves all his followers like sons, and giggles and bellows in joy at every pox and plague they unleash.
Becuase of his loving relation with his followers, and them with him. They affectionately refer to him as Grandfather Nurgle, The All-father, or even Papa Nurgle.
I consider all deities to be subjective interpretations or experiences of the same thing. Giving it a specific name, description or artists impression does not do it justice for me, but you could say the timeless essence of being that is present in all things is my ‘favourite’ description of the divine.
Having said that, Shiva is a dude, dreadlocks and he leet dancing skillz

I think I’ve heard of something like that before, everygod is one in the same and every religion is the right religion or something.
You never stated a preference for any fictional dieity though. :laugh_at:
thor & mother earth for me.

Yeah Thor is a popular one. He dies at the end though, he fights with the giant serpent Jormangdr, he kills the serpent but gets bit, and the serpents venomous, so after having slayed it he takes three steps then falls over dead.
well he’s in hvala (spelling) getting all the goddess puun he can lol

I think you mean Valhalla, I dont know if Thor hands out there, it’s actually Odin’s Hall, though half of the warriors who die get given to Freyja anyway, she’s the goddess of beauty and a right slut lol.
She slept with a bunch of dwarves so they’d make her a necklace. I think those lucky guys are the ones getting all the poon-tang, or at least with better women than the wenches in the halls lol.
hmm, so thor got a bit of a bum deal then?

Well it’s nothing special, EVERYONE dies during Ragnarok (The Norse Apocalypse)
He generally had a happy life, beating things, catching things than beating things, sleeping with wenches and beating more things. Dressing up as a wench then beating an ice giant. All sorts.
sounds like an average weekend for most lol

Maybe I don’t think any of them are ‘fictional?’ 😉
but ok my favorite would have to be Jagannath – The Lord of the Universe
He doesn’t do a lot except grin down at you
sometimes a grin/gurn is enough
more than enough, mainstream deities need to take less involvement in our activities, christians and muslims think god makes every single thing that happens in your life happen
