There’s also this – in part not surprising as it is using the same technology as Skype once did; but works on a flawed assumption that everyone has unlimited amounts of bandwith or other resources. To be fair on Microsoft this mindset is not unique to them alone and isn’t even just a USA problem; it is now rife amount young middle class male techies the world over particularly those below age 30 who have never ventured outside a city or suburban area.

Windows 10 is highly professional, usually with new Operating Systems there are a couple months of delay on updates before the dawn of full functionality and stable bodied updates which that add to its core.
