  • Still keeping it up every morning apart from weekends, feeling slightly less inflexible but still havent got rid of my beer belly 😉

    I think it’s great, my mum’s done yoga for years and she is never ever ill and really healthy. It definitely is hard work as well

    Yoga is best exercise for health. Yoga has lot of benefits. It is good to reduce stress. Yoga is best to lose weight. It also keeps us fresh. With it fresh air enters into our body which is good for health.

    am exhausted at the mo, think its post uni course, working full time, not having time to relax as I’m still learning the job (its like passing a driving test, I am competant but now I need to learn!!!!)
    so hopefully the one day retreat will be good and I will learn something from it!!

    Yoga is very good for the fitness it really help to heal us from stress, increased your strength it also brings flexibility in your body and really helps for better breathing…….

    Yoga has plenty of benefits to our health and fitness like relaxation of mind/body,increase our stamina,weight and fat issues,calmness of mind,stay active and motivated.Even every kind of physical exercise is beneficiary for our health and fitness.

    I got a shit ton of E-books on yoga if anyone wants them (just drop me a pm). It’s not your woman’s weekly style yoga either, it’s the proper Asian Mystic’s style yoga. raaa

    Well, I prefer trance-dance. Or freestyle techno. Or moving my body in other harmonious ways.

    Not saying there’s anything wrong with yoga, and many people have found it improves their lives.

    So do Tai Chi practitioners. Or candomble practitioners.

    Then again, I guess the really hardcore workout people do… gymnastics.

    Just look up the “plank” position, I’m don’t even think it’s yoga, but high level yoga’s a fuck load harder. Do the plank position for 2 minits .. time it. If after you think you’re not exercising muscles then u are hardcore. 😛

    I recon I am pretty fit, work out regularily etc
    and joined a yoga class and can hardly do the poses (am getting better week on week) but it uses muscles you wouldnt use in everyday life, and its good for the brain too
    esp all the standing on your head positions – gets the brain nicley oxygenated with all the blood, but also mental health well being
    with the relaxation and stuff

    I will persevere but it is a lot lot tougher as I thought I was pretty flexiable!! errr….. now I know I’m not! …..yet

    I love yoga, it helps me relax.

    I love doing yoga i mean i truly appreciative this exercise because i have gained a huge change in myself after doing it,i am practicing yoga from 6 years and my muscles are completely strengthen i have gained a lot of stamina,flexibility in me.
    Keep doing it guys it is full of benefits.

    Let me just start off with saying that yoga is AMAZING. There’s different levels and once you get into it’s actually very difficult but after you feel so good. You have this energy about you that you’ve never had before and it really helps you sleep and make wise decisions.
