its a certain part of the USA where they speak like that, I’m not 100% sure where – I think its the same one where the bulk of the sitcoms shown here are made, but I’ve also heard podcasts and webinars and audio presentations from Americans about non-celeb stuff like computers and transport and environment and people on there also have the same accent!
